Post-redundancy, my head was spinning with ideas for the future and I couldn’t quite pinpoint the direction I truly felt would be right for me. Michelle’s approach starts from the ground up, so I now feel my plans are built on a solid platform of who I am and what I really want – from both my life and my career.
