I started working with Michelle after leaving a long-term role which I had fallen out of love with. I was unsure about what to do next job-wise and wanted to ensure I didn’t end up in yet another job dealing with the same frustrations, simply with a different name on the door.

Michelle helped me to identify the parts of my job I enjoy, the type of industries I find inspiring, and what I could offer and should expect in return, from my next employer.
