I had reached a point in my career where I had seen and done everything I wanted to do. But I was not sure what direction I wanted to take next.

Michelle and I quickly established a good rapport. Michelle is very easy to work with, a good listener, and has a great sense of humour.

Through a series of exercises, listening sessions, Michelle helped me identify what was important to me, the values, skills and competencies which I wanted to utilise in my next career.
